Welcome to churchofthecreativepower.org  which is the online home of Church of the Creative Power, facilitated by Rev. Tatiana Brainard. Use of our website is on the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please stop using our website immediately. By accessing and using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these terms of service. They are a private agreement between you and us and should be read in conjunction with any details provided on our website, such as our privacy policy and community guidelines. We reserve the right to change these terms of service from time to time without prior notice.

Accessing the Website

We cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be without error. Your use of this website requires you to comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to your activities on our sites and services. Unless expressly permitted by supplemental terms, this website is intended for general audiences 18 years of age and older. Access by anyone younger is not authorized.

Membership Policies

You may choose to become a supporting Member of the Church and receive Member benefits, such as voting rights and access to members-only events. All membership tithes and offerings are gifts. Once you give a gift, you release your right to a refund. If you do not abide by our Community Guidelines, you risk suspension or termination of your membership.

Personal Information

When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters, respond to a survey, register for an event or class, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. You may also offer or provide a comment, photo, image, or video while interacting with this site. 

Billing Information

If you wish to become a supporting Member, you will be required to provide certain information in addition to the personal information noted above. Such information may include a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, and similar information. Such information is collectively called billing information and will be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. Other Information

In addition to the information described above, we may collect additional information. This information may include information gathered: from surveys you participate in; from the activities on this site including, but not limited to, IP Information, browser type, the pages you’ve visited—with the date and time, and device information; from log data, cookies, and similar technology; from third-party analytics; and from other sources like social media.

Children

We do not use our services to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at tatiana@lightworkertraining.org. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

  • All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Anti-Spam Policy 

This website has an anti-spam policy and provides you with the ability to opt-out of any communication by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails.

On this site, emails are collected to:

  • Share information, answer questions and inquiries, and respond to requests;

We take your security seriously. When you submit sensitive information directly to us via the website or in person, your information is protected both online and off line. Our third-party billing services encrypt your information in a secure way. Also, offline, only employees who need the information to perform a specific task are given access to personally identifiable information.

Please understand that there are no perfect security measures. It is impossible to guarantee that your information will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, or destroyed if our ministry becomes victim to a breach. However, we will do all that we can to secure the information we have about you and guard against such incidences.
